What to include

  • Correction: the page URL, disputed information and an official supporting source.
  • Privacy request: the nature of your request and the email address involved.
  • Business enquiry: your organisation, purpose and full disclosure of any commercial relationship.
  • Technical issue: the page URL, device/browser and a screenshot where possible.
We cannot access bank accounts. Do not email passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, card numbers, identity documents or bank statements. For fraud, transactions, applications, complaints or account access, contact your bank through its verified official channel.

Editorial corrections

Banking products change frequently. We welcome corrections supported by a current official pricing guide, product page, regulator notice or other reliable source. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular editorial outcome.

Response times

We aim to review legitimate messages as reasonably possible, but we cannot promise an immediate response. AfrifinHub does not provide emergency, transaction or fraud-response services.

Bank representatives

If you represent an institution mentioned on AfrifinHub, identify your role and provide a verifiable organisational email address. Requests for correction will be assessed against reliable evidence; editorial coverage is not automatically removed because it is unfavourable.
